On a pleasant location in the centre of Split, there is a stone house built in a traditional dalmatian style.
The house is also a cultural heritage of Split becouse the
famous Croatian writer Luka Botiæ was born in it.
In the house are 3 modern and new aranged apartments. Every apartment has 3 beds, bathroom with shower, air-condition and SAT/TV.
The distance from the tourist atractions of Split is only
400 m and from the port of Split cca 500 m.
The taxi stand and a parking place are near.
